Finance, design, engineer, construct, install, operate and maintain 3rd Party owned solar photovoltaic power generating system at State host facilities under a site license agreement. The solar power generated will be delivered and sold to the State host facility under a power purchase agreement for a term of 20 years. Systems anticipated to be installed include roof mounted arrays, parking canopy systems, and one large ground mounted array. Total estimated solar power generating capacity for this RFP is 9.6 MW ac. This encompasses 15 State host facilities.
