Dear Colleague:

We are pleased to announce a live Internet based briefing to be presented by Department of Education student aid policy staff. The briefing will provide an overview of the student loan provisions of the recently enacted Ensuring Continued Access to Student Loans Act of 2008 (ECASLA), Public Law 110-227, and important information on the requirements and provisions of the new TEACH Grant Program that becomes effective on July 1, 2008.

The briefing will take place on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Eastern Time.

The briefing will last approximately 1 and 1/2 hours.
